The woman in the Village seems very angry that I found the spaceship, and that I keep venturing out. My village is also Raucous, how do I fix this?

The text 'Raucous Village' is not actually a status ailment or bad in any way; it is simply a description of the size of your village. When you build enough huts to reach the maximum size of 80 villagers the text will change to read 'Raucous Village'. This is normal.
