A Nickel that can't be picked up

I've played several runs in these days, and I've encountered twice a strange Nickel

that I can't pick up.

I thought it was a bug, but two clues make an evidence.

It has nothing different from a normal Nickel (maybe it's a bit lighter), I hear the sound of a dropped coin when I touch it, and I can't understand what's its purpose.

Has anyone else found it? Any idea?

The last update explained that this kind of nickel is called Sticky Nickel:

A Nickel that will flip upside-down when Isaac tries to collect it. Afterwards, it will get stuck on the ground, unable to be picked up unless blasted off the ground with an explosion.

It can be now unlocked by completing Boss Rush with

What is the point of sticky nickels?

Sticky Nickels visibly stick to the ground upon spawning, making them easier to distinguish from ordinary nickels.

How do you get lucky penny in binding of Isaac?

Lucky Penny Added to the The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth DLC for Rebirth. They increases luck by 1 when picked up, and they are unlocked by donating 1 penny to the Greed Machine.

How do you unlock the head of the keeper?

Head of the Keeper doesn`t need to be unlocked to find. And technically it is not a super rare item. It has a chance to be found inside a golden chest and a small chance to be found from bombing a corpse of shopkeeper.
