Bloodskal Barrow won't appear

I am on the dawnguard quest 'rings of blood magic' i have obtained the ring that quadriples khajit claw attacks and gives +100 health, but Bloodskal Barrow won't appear on my map, i have tried repeatedly activating and deactivating the quest but there is still no marker.

How do you get into Bloodskal Barrow?

In the waterfall, a door leads to Bloodskal Barrow. Inside are two urns and a stalhrim deposit with a searchable draugr under it. Heading back and going upstairs to the right is a door that must be opened. The button for that door can be found on the opposite side of the chamber.
