Can I cure both Farkas and Vilkas?

When the mission is completed, Farkas and Aela should now offer work. Talk to Farkas and he will ask to be cured, take Farkas to the site and cure him. The Dragonborn should now be able to have a follower. Once Farkas is cured, Vilkas should do "Purity" with him without him bugging out.

Can you marry Vilkas?

Vilkas is eligible for marriage after completion of the Companions' questline, if an Amulet of Mara is worn when talking to him: "An Amulet of Mara?

Where does Vilkas go after marriage?

Yeah all of the above Vilkas will have to walk in real time back home and he should go to Jorrvaskr (if you told him you'd live with him). Just go to Jorrvaskr and wait a couple hours or days.

Is Farkas or Vilkas a better husband?

TL;DR As potential husbands, Farkas is great to leave at home, while Vilkas is probably better to make your follower. But it all comes down to personal preference.
