Can I move all Pokemon at once?

I want to restart my game but with about 500 Pokemon and most of them bred to have perfect IVs I don't really want to lose them. So I bought a 1 Year License for Pokemon Bank to "save everything".

My problem now is: It takes forever to move every single pokemon by hand. Is there some way to upload all boxes and if not: Can I speed up the process somehow?

How do you move multiple PokÃ©mon at once?

To transfer multiple Pok\xe9mon at once:

From the Map View, tap the Main Menu button.

Tap the Pok\xe9mon button.

Locate a Pok\xe9mon you'd like to transfer. Tap and hold until the Pok\xe9mon is selected.

Tap any other Pok\xe9mon you'd like to transfer.

To transfer the selected Pok\xe9mon, tap the Transfer button.

Pok\xe9mon SupportA maximum of 25 Pok\xe9mon can be moved at once. All Pok\xe9mon will be received at once. You cannot select individual Pok\xe9mon to receive.
