For my second playtrough I've decided I want to romance Garrus. I did his loyalty mission already. We've had the talk about blowing off steam by sparring, where I accidently didn't take the flirty option. Garrus has been continuing his endless calibrations ever since.

I currently still have the

Obtain the Reaper IFF

mission left, but I am saving it for later. Will completing it (Or any other mission) allow me to take another shot at romancing him, or did I screw up when I said that one wrong thing?

How do you continue Garrus romance?

Picking "I like you, Garrus" will continue the Romance. If you have also courted either Jacob or Thane, it's in this conversation that Garrus will bring up not wanting to disrupt a potential love triangle.

Can you romance Garrus in me3?

As before, Garrus is only a romance option for a female Shepard. The progression of his romance is similar to that of other companions: Shepard will need to reaffirm her commitment to him in conversation aboard the Normandy, then meet him on the Citadel for a kind of "date" to fully commit and lock in the romance.

Yes, and somewhat. Yes you can! I found I accidentally romanced Kaidan in attempt to get to know the character better, so I'm going to cheat on him in ME2 with Garrus and stay with Garrus. And yes, your appearance changes.

Is Garrus in love with Shepard?

Garrus Vakarian is literally on the brink of death and ready to die on Omega until he sees Shepard and then it's like he gains that will to live again. When you romance him, of course Shepard and Garrus are lovers, but they're more than that.
