Can you get Class Specific Armor for other classes?

I have noticed that some things are across-profile (Glimmer for example)and you can store things in the vaults that can be used by other characters, so I was wondering, is it possible to find (for example) Hunter-Class armour as a Warlock?

This can occur on occasion with Legendary and Exotic Engrams, also Xur (feel free to edit in the thing on the u) a special vendor who only appears on weekends sells assorted equipment for all classes.

Can I get Transmog for other classes?

You can still transmog items from Dungeon Set 2 on other classes, but you will have to search for the items individually in the transmog window. Note that these transmog sets are not class specific, therefore Death Knights, Demon Hunters and Monks can also unlock them.

Is armor class specific outriders?

Each piece of legendary armour comes equipped with special Outriders mods tied to that armour set, and there are set bonuses depending on how many pieces you can find.
