Can't access parental control email address

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I want to buy some hearthstone packs but it says Parental controls restrict even though I have never set up parental controls on the account. I followed the link to retrieving the parental controls email address but it asked me for my parental control email address even though I have never created one. I tried putting in my email and I also tried putting in my battle.net username but it didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Remove Parental Controls

To instantly allow an account with Parental Controls full access to our games and in-game shops, simply disable any restrictions in the Parental Controls dashboard. If you lost the email that gives you access to the Parental Controls Dashboard, you can send yourself a new one. To completely remove Parental Controls from an account, please contact us.

Note that this doesn't apply to Hearthstone on iPad. If you're playing the iPad version of Hearthstone, only your device's parental control settings apply, not your battle.net settings!

How do I remove my parental control email ID?

Go to g.co/YourFamily and sign in to your parental Google Account.

Select your child.

Select Parent settings. More.

On the left side menu, select Account info.

Select Delete Account & Data.

How do I change my parent control email ID?

Android

Log into your parent account.

Tap on your profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Settings" beside your account.

Tap on your email address and edit the email address.

Tap the blue "Ok" button to save your changes.

How do I access my family link email?

On the device your child wants to use, open a web browser. Go to the Google sign-in page or sign in to a Google website like Gmail. Your child enters their Google Account email address and password. Follow the instructions to finish signing your child in.

How do I get rid of parent supervision in Gmail?

Stop supervision

On your parent device, open Family Link .

Select the child who will no longer be supervised.

Tap Manage Settings Account Info. Stop supervision.

Confirm you want to remove supervision.

Tap Stop Supervision and follow the on-screen instructions.
