Can't put my Flareon into a gym [duplicate]

Can't put my Flareon into a gym [duplicate] - From above of crop anonymous female athlete sitting on floor and packing safety belt in bag after training in contemporary gym

I've used my flareon in the gym a lot, it's been about two weeks of me trying to put it in the gym but when there are free slots open it won't show some of my pokemon, mainly my higher level ones. All alive and with full hp

Best Answer

Any pokemon that you want to assign to a gym needs to be alive and with full HP. Go to your bag and make sure his HP is full by using potions and/or revive if necessary.

Can you put two of the same Pokemon in a gym?

You can also only place one of your own Pok\xe9mon into a single Gym at a time, and you cannot place any Pok\xe9mon species in a Gym that is already in that Gym (so if there is a Blissey in the Gym already, you cannot add another Blissey.)

How do I add more Pokemon to my gym?

To capture an open Gym:
  • Walk up to a gray-colored Gym.
  • Touch the Gym to enter it.
  • At the bottom of the screen, touch the Add Pok\xe9mon button.
  • Select a Pok\xe9mon to add to the Gym. Your Pok\xe9mon won't be returned to your collection until it's knocked off the Gym, so choose carefully!

  • How many Pokemon can you assign to a gym?

Each gym will now hold up to six Pok\xe9mon, with all six slots opening as soon as a gym is conquered. You'll battle Pok\xe9mon in the order in which they were added to a gym, instead of fighting them from weakest to strongest.
