In Civilization V, I want to raise the quality of the "Leader scenes" in the video options box. The "Minimum" setting is simply a still picture. Why are the "Low" and "Medium" settings grayed out, leaving only "Minimum?" For that matter, why are there no "High" and/or "Maximum" settings?

How do I manually adjust video quality?

To change the video quality for all videos:
  • Tap your profile picture .
  • Tap Settings .
  • Tap Video quality preferences.
  • Select your preferred video quality for mobile networks and on Wi-Fi: Auto (recommended): Changes to give you the best experience for your conditions.


  • How do I change video quality settings?

    The new YouTube app doesn't allow you to set a default value for all videos. Well, at least not directly. The app requires you to first head over to Settings and jump in the Video Quality Preferences menu. Here you can set a default setting for all videos you watch.
