Can't set video quality
In Civilization V, I want to raise the quality of the "Leader scenes" in the video options box. The "Minimum" setting is simply a still picture. Why are the "Low" and "Medium" settings grayed out, leaving only "Minimum?" For that matter, why are there no "High" and/or "Maximum" settings?

The new YouTube app doesn't allow you to set a default value for all videos. Well, at least not directly. The app requires you to first head over to Settings and jump in the Video Quality Preferences menu. Here you can set a default setting for all videos you watch.Can - Mother Sky (1970) [HQ]
