Can I switch sides after joining Stormcloaks?

Those that originally sided with the Stormcloaks, at this point can also switch sides to the Imperial Legion and give the crown to General Tullius in Castle Dour in Solitude. If you're past that point, it's too late to switch.

Can you do both imperial and Stormcloak quests?

As Dragonborn, you can side with either the Imperial Legion or with the Stormcloaks, and so that makes your choice of faction all the more important.

Is there a way to leave the Stormcloaks?

Once the Dragonborn has joined the Stormcloaks, only one more opportunity remains to switch sides, leaving the Stormcloaks for the Legion. When the Jagged Crown has been acquired, the Dragonborn can choose to travel to Solitude where they can give the crown to General Tullius instead.
