Control Landing on Stomach vs Back

Control Landing on Stomach vs Back - Woman measuring waist with tape in gym

In SSB4, how do you control whether your character lands on their back or their stomach after falling? It seems that characters have different get-up-attacks (press A while laying on ground) based on whether they are laying on their stomach or their back after a fall so it would be nice to be able to control which one occurs.

Can falling on your stomach cause internal bleeding?

Trauma. Experiences including car accidents, falls, and dropping a heavy object on yourself can damage your organs, blood vessels, and bones. You may experience internal bleeding without cutting your skin.

What are four signs and symptoms of an abdominal injury?

Symptoms and signs \u2013 Not all may be present

  • bleeding wound or other obvious injury, possibly with visible intestines.
  • severe pain and possible muscle spasm across the abdominal wall.
  • nausea or vomiting.
  • bruising of the skin.

What is the proper way to land when jumping?

Keep the hips behind your feet. Do not let your knees fall ahead of your toes or cave in towards each other. Keep feet shoulder-width apart to maintain a good base of support for balance. Land softly on the balls of the feet to help absorb the force of the landing.
