Do anomalies spawn at predefined positions or are they completely random?
If I scan and bookmark the location of a wormhole which ends up decaying, how likely is it that another wormhole or other anomaly could appear at that location? Are the possible locations of anomalies defined and finite to some reasonably countable number, or can the locations be completely random and I now have myself a nifty safespot bookmark?

They are random, though I think it is slightly weighted to make it feel more uniformly towards the center of each system.
