Infamy has a chance to prevent the damage coming from the direction you're facing, while Holy Mantle prevents the first damage you take in every room. How do these two items work together? Which one does take precedence over the other, if they do at all?

The Lost's Holy Mantle effect is intrinsic to the character once unlocked, and it can't be rerolled. Eternal D6, even before it's unlocked. Holy Mantle is intrinsic, but picking up another one does not double the effect. holy mantle effect is not shown in the pause menu.No Holy Mantle = Free Win???
