Does Follow Me / Rage Powder redirect Heal Pulse / Floral Healing in 7th Gen Pokemon games?

Does Follow Me / Rage Powder redirect Heal Pulse / Floral Healing in 7th Gen Pokemon games? - Unrecognizable female with manicured hands holding white flower in hands in soapy water during spa procedures

For example, in a Doubles battle, if an opposing Clefairy uses Follow Me, whilst your Comfey uses Floral Healing on its teammate. This also extends to Follow Me / Rage Powder (without Safety Googles), and Heal Pulse / Floral Healing / Pollen Puff used on an ally.

Strangely Google was very unhelpful with answering this question.

In a Double Battle, Heal Pulse can target any Pok\xe9mon around the user.

Is heal pulse a good move Pokemon?

Well, it's one of the few moves that can heal other Pokemon even your opponent, and it's also one of the only ones that has a 100% chance of working every time. It will take the target's HP that you are looking to restore, and restore up to half of their max HP.
