Does the Steel Charge mod affect the damage of Ash's Bladestorm ability? - Old fashioned cassette player placed in shabby garage near old industrial equipment

Since Ash's blade storm damage is affected by power strength and melee combo multiplier, and I heard somewhere steel charge counts towards the combo multiplier, so I'm wondering does steel charge affect the damage of blade storm?

Also, I know its pretty unlikely, but do the mods that increase melee damage(ie.Pressure Point) affect the damage of blade storm?

I'm just trying to maximize the damage output of blade storm.

Does steel charge affect Atlas?

It is a melee attack and affected by the Melee Combo Counter. Atlas'attack is also a melee attack and is affected by the Melee Combo Counter. Having it not be affected by Steel Charge is inconsistent, and I chalk it up a a bug/oversight.

How do you increase blade damage in a storm?

Blade Storm can be empowered by performing melee combo chains before casting, as the ability's damage benefits greatly from the bonus melee damage multiplier.
