Game capture through Xbox One?
How does one record their gameplay and then post it to YouTube without the use of a capture card?
I know there is a way with Windows 10 were you can stream your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC then use screen capture software. Can someone explain how you do this?
Best Answer
Well the easiest way I have found from experience
Create a twitch account
Download the twitch app on Xbox One
Link your twitch account with your Xbox Live account
Head over to your twitch profile and goto settings, enable highlights(basically twitch save your streams)
Start streaming the game you want to record on your Xbox One
After you have finished end the stream
Go back to twitch, look for highlights and the video you just streamed should be there at its source quality, click the cog below it and hit 'export'
Link your twitch and YouTube
Presto you can then download the videos from your YouTube then edit them, do whatever you like with them
