GTA V Missions (issue?)

so I finished the final heist, killed Devin Western and stuff. So now what do I do?

It says I'm 75% through the game but I've played several hours more and no missions... Trevor's mum has appeared and I got the meds for her and finished it and that's all that has happened since the final mission... What now, what about the last 25% to go?

Why does GTA 5 keep saying Mission disrupted?

Players must drive away from the location and return when the B icon reappears on the map. They may have to repeat this if any NPC spawns in the mission location, including those in vehicles.

Do GTA 5 missions end?

The last mission of GTA 5 offers you three different options - kill Trevor, kill Michael or Deathwish. Whichever option you choose will bring you to one of GTA 5's three endings, so, if you want to experience them all, save your game before making your final decision.
