How can I distinguish my team from zombies in L4D2? - From below of happy diverse coworkers in casual clothing joining hands together while having training in spacious light office

I am having a trouble distinguishing the players in my team from zombies in Left 4 Dead 2, which often results in shooting my teammates when we're trying to fight off a horde.

Is there some sort of way to turn on the name indicators etc?
