How can I improve the prisoners education?
I made all the Grants but the one with the General Education Program. Because my Prisoners are to dump... I am on Day 40 and the General Education Program runs since the first Basic Education class is finished. How can I get them to do better in the Classroom?
Suppression is on normal over all. I have round about 300 Prisoners. The Classroom is not guarded. The Meals are on high quality and high variety.
2 did Pass the last class. But waiting again 30 days for the next 2 Jarheads is too long.
