How do I balance on the floor? - Woman in Black Leggings Unrolling A Yoga Mat

EDGE has an achievement called balance where you're told to "Balance on the floor". I've tried to do this by partly moving to another square so my cube is sitting on it's edge but it seems to immediately fall over or back to the original square and no EDGE time timer appears. What am I missing?

How can I train myself to balance?

How It Works
  • Standing with your weight on one leg and raising the other leg to the side or behind you.
  • Putting your heel right in front of your toe, like walking a tightrope.
  • Standing up and sitting down from a chair without using your hands.
  • Walking while alternating knee lifts with each step.
  • Doing tai chi or yoga.

  • How do I fix my balance while walking?

Good walking posture is essential for enhancing your balance:
  • Stand up straight, shoulders back and relaxed, chin parallel to the ground, eyes forward, suck in your stomach, tuck in your behind and rotate your hips slightly forward.
  • You shouldn't have any lean, forward or backward, and your back should not be arched.

  • How can I get better from the floor?

Your core muscles are engaged in all the activities you perform. Even when you walk, run or get up from the floor. So, weak core muscles can also be a reason why you struggle to get up from the floor. If you feel off-balance while getting up from the floor then work on strengthening your core muscles.
