How do I get hero shards for Suicide Squad Harley? - Brown Wooden Blocks on White Surface

I bought(I'm a mug I know) the Suicide Squad Harley Quinn pack when it was up the other day. I've checked various guides and none of them seem to know how to get the shards for this Harley. For obvious reasons I'd like to get shards so I can upgrade her star rating.

Is there a way?

How do you get hero shards?

The other way to unlock more characters in Injustice 2 Mobile is through Hero Shards. By unlocking and completing a set of Hero Shards for a particular character, you can either unlock them as another fighter in your roster, or level them up if you've already unlocked them.
