How do you get the golden wheels in Mario Kart eight?

Gold Tires are unlockable wheels. To unlock the Gold Tires, beat every Staff Ghost time Time Trials mode. There is one Staff Ghost for each of the 32 Tracks.

How many coins do you need to get the Golden kart?

The Gold Tires are unlocked by defeating all 48 staff ghosts in 150cc Time Trials. And the Gold Glider opens up after collecting a total of 5,000 coins. If you still have vehicle parts to unlock, remember to just keep collecting coins!
