Accessing the Lecture Building 2nd Floor You can access the Lecture Room 2nd floor after defeating the One Reborn. Just past the boss lantern through Advent Plaza, there is a mummy that if interacted with will teleport you to the 2nd floor lamp of the Lecture Building.

How do you get to the Lecture Building bloodborne?

Entrance can be found in Cathedral Ward. Proceed from Grand Cathedral Lamp and take the path to the left as you walk outside the Cathedral. At the end of that path you will find a forgotten church with Lesser Amygdala guarding the entrance. Make sure you have a Tonsil Stone and allow it to grab you.

How do you get to Byrgenwerth Lecture Building?

Now head straight out the cathedral entrance, down the long flight of stairs to the round cathedral plaza with the two giants. You will see a path on your right side just behind one of the giants. Go down the path and take your first left to reach the Byrgenwerth Door underground.

How do I get to nightmare Lecture Building?

There are two ways to enter this area. The first is through the second floor, by killing the giant and jumping down the hatch. The other way is to get the Tonsil Stone, and get picked up by the Amygdala creature who is found in a small chapel near the Great Cathedral, the area where you fight Vicar Amelia.
