How do you become friends with someone?
Let's say I'm playing in a public game with someone and we hit it off. I want to officially become his friend, so that we can intentionally group later on. How do I do this?
I know how to find the list of recent players. I know how to find the list of people currently on my team. But in neither place does there seem to be a context option to become friends with that person.
I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but how do you invite someone you've played Overwatch with to become friends?

On xbox you have to press menu, then 'social' then tab across to 'recent players' from select the game person you want then hit 'view gamercard' the you will see 'add friend' etc. They will then appear in your friend's list on xbox and in overwatch
