How long do drinks stay hot in the long dark?

Type. Drinking or eating items while they are hot will help to keep the character warm. 'Warming up' lasts for 2 hours, and while in effect, the 'feels like' temperature of the player will be raised by 4\xb0C.

Can you get too hot long dark?

There is no penalty for getting too hot. Even at "feels like" temperatures in excess of 50\xb0C (122\xb0F), which can be caused by adding large amounts of wood while standing close to a fire, the warmth bar will not go above "warm".

How do you warm up in the long dark?
