How often do plants, resources, diamonds, and other procurement items respawn?

I can't tell if the items that I've been finding out in the wilderness have been respawning or if I'm imagining things. I've been finding a lot of diamonds, fuel, plants, and the like and some of them have their location marked on my map with a number. Does that mean that I can only pick them up once?

How long does it take for resources to Respawn in MGSV?

Resources re-spawn every three main missions you do.

Do resource containers Respawn MGSV?

You do have to go back to the ACC for them to respawn though for sure. Red containers that are mission-only can be farmed without waiting for the respawn. Fulton one, get a checkpoint, restart mission, it will respawn and you will retain the materials from the first fulton. Repeat.

Do diamonds Respawn MGSV?

NOTE 2: Just like with containers with unprocessed materials, Diamonds respawn after every five missions/Side Ops.
