In FTL, Mind Control (MC) level 1 is fine and dandy, and it is what I use almost exclusively. However, Mind Control levels 2 and 3 claim to increase HP and power.

A group or individual may use unethical methods to persuade others to believe and do what the manipulator(s) want.
