How to get rid of unwanted eggs [duplicate] - A Person Getting an Egg from the Stainless Basket

I have a full component of eggs at the moment. Mostly 2k with a couple of 5k (and a 10k incubating )

Other than buying a load of incubators and walking loads. Is there a way to get rid of the more common eggs to give me a chance to pick up others.

There doesn't seem to be an equivalent to transfer for the eggs.

Best Answer

Currently there is no way to release or drop eggs in the game. (Version 0.29.2)

Just need to walk em off!

While it may sound a lot of work, if there are way too many Pok\xe9mon Eggs that you'd like to just delete for new ones, it's possible to speed up the process.

How do I get rid of unwanted eggs?

The best way to dispose of expired and raw eggs is in your garbage disposal. Crack your bad eggs and throw the contents down your garbage disposal. Remember not to throw the shells down the drain as they can clog and damage your pipes.

Can you delete 2km eggs?

You can't just ignore your 2 and 5 km eggs and hatch 10 km eggs, though, because you have limited space and the lower-distance eggs will fill your bag up quickly. You only get nine egg spaces, after all, and eggs can't be deleted.

When should you get rid of eggs?

Look for any pink, blue, green or black discoloration in the yolk or whites, as this may indicate bacterial growth (3, 4). If you notice any signs of discoloration, throw the egg out and wash the bowl with hot, soapy water before testing a new egg. You can also check to see if the whites or yolk of the egg are runny.
