How to pick up orbs of light? [duplicate] - Silhouette of Man

I see generated Orbs of light being lying on floor, but I can't seem to pick them up when I pass over them, nor is there anything relevant in Destiny keyboard controls. Any ideas how to do this ?

Also, will I be seeing my generated Orbs, esp. when playing single player ?

Thanks!

EDIT: I've seen the "duplicate question", but because none of answers there mentioned that Orbs can only be picked when super-ability meter is low (as mentioned in the only reply to this post), which is what was puzzling me in the first place.

Can you pick up your own orbs of light Destiny 2?

Players can't pick up Orbs of Power generated by their own Super, but they should look for other guardians casting their Supers to gather them and help charge their own Super in turn.

How do you spawn orbs of light?

You can generate them by killing enemies and you can also pick up Orbs of Light that other players generate by killing enemies. Generating Orbs of light or picking them up is a fast way to fill your special ability meter or to help your teammates fill theirs.

Orbs of Light are glowing balls of energy generated by other Guardians when they use their super abilities. Orbs can be picked up by any other player in the Fireteam, as well as any other Guardians in the area, and provide a large boost to a player's super ability recharge meter.
