How to S Rank Mission 48

I've literally followed tons of guides on how to S Rank Misson 48 [Extreme] Code Talker.

I've even achieve a score of over 200,000 and on other missions I've gotten S Rank with as low as 120,000.

I've tried to do everything perfectly and still no S, is there something I should be doing that I'm missing?

In order to get this vehicle to spawn, you must kill all the skulls. Once you pick up Code Talker, this vehicle will spawn, guarding the north-west path leading away from the mansion. Simply sneak up to it and extract it to get this objective.

How do you s rank a skull face?

Sprint up the stairs and reach Skull Face, skip all the cutscenes. You will be spotted, despite this and the possible damage taken the time bonus will outweigh all of this and give you an S Rank.
