How to trigger this quest in Fallout 3? - Angry Man Is Screaming

I was playing the other day and I was west of Megaton, ahead of where the road splits into two, below a cliff I encountered 3 nonhostile wastelanders, upon talking to them, they mentioned about going for a treasure north I believe, then they turned hostiles and tried to kill me.

I managed to kill them and didn't check the new marker on my map, sadly I was low on health before this and a giant radscorpion ambushed me not far from there and killed me.

Sadly I didn't save for quite sometime and when I tried to find these guys I failed to do so. It was nighttime but I don't know around what time when I encountered these guys.

Does anybody know how to trigger these guys?

I believe that these people are completely randomly generated. If you have saved the game before meeting them, you may see them if you trace your steps to them.

Pass a Speech check. Hack the overseer's computer and discover the attempts by the Enclave to gain entry into Vault 101, and the overseer's refusal to admit them. This provides proof of the dangers outside and of the overseer's attempts to protect them and will allow convincing Amata without the Speech check.

How do I make Timmy cry in Fallout 3?

Make Timmy cry:
  • By attacking him physically.
  • By convincing him that his parents are divorcing each other because of him, which he will believe after a Speech check.
  • By giving him the military school brochure to fool him into believing his parents are sending him away.
  • By killing one (or both) of his parents.


  • Should I warn Harkness or tell Zimmer?

    To get both rewards without risking Harkness' memory, tell him who he is and ask what he plans to do about Zimmer. Before choosing any other dialogue option, offer to kill Zimmer. Harkness will hand the Lone Wanderer his trusty A3-21's plasma rifle and the player character will earn good Karma.
