How to upgrade an infusion in an item in Guild Wars 2?
I have an ascended piece of equipment with a defensive infusion slot, which currently contains a +3 agony resistance infusion. I have now crafted a +6 agony infusion and I would like to replace the current one with this new, better one.
However, agony infusions can only be applied to unused defensive infusion slots. How can I replace an existing defensive infusion with a new one?

Only rings and back items can be infused. Rings can also be attuned, a similar process to infusing which likewise adds an infusion slot.
