How do you use items in Tales of Arise?

Items can be used by accessing the Consumables section of the Items Menu. On PS4 and PS5, you can do so by tapping the touchpad and selecting Items, then hitting R1 to move over to the Consumables section. On this page, you can select which item you wish to use. You can also sort or discard items from this screen.
