I bought DLC for Destiny and can't access it on a teen account
I bought the Destiny expansion pass for my Xbox Live account. My account is a teen account and Xbox is telling me
"that purchase of this Purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts."
The teen account does have a parent account. Is there any way to allow the teen account to access the DLC?

Can you family share Destiny DLC?
Unfortunately, as all accounts own Destiny 2 (as it's base game, Destiny 2, is Free to Play), then the DLC cannot be shared to other accounts through Family Sharing, as per Valve's Steam Family Sharing eligibility. We recommend signing out then back in from your account, then try accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.
