I think I made a mistake while doing a Pacifist run

My situation is thus; Undyne doesn't like me and Asgore is dead. My ending is so screwed and I am not exactly sure what I may have done wrong.

There was one time where I had killed one of those ice cube monsters but I actually exited the game right after I did so. I was under the impression that it wouldn't count against you if you didn't save the game. Is this right?

Please don't spoil the true ending I just need to know what I've done wrong. I haven't reset yet.

Reload your SAVE file. First, check your EXP/LOVE and see if anything went wrong. If your EXP is at 0 and your still at Level 1, then backtrack to Undyne's house to hang out with her. After that, re-fight Asgore, and SPARE him. Also, you don't have to do Neutral twice. After completing the game, reload your SAVE file and backtrack to Snowdin, you will get a call from Undyne. The game tells you what to do from there, so, I'll SPARE your time.

What happens if you do a pacifist run after a pacifist run?

Resetting after True Pacifist wipes all memories (including Flowey's) and deja vu (Toriel knowing your pie choice, Undyne knowing you as a friend, etc). Resetting after a neutral (including all branches of neutral-pacifist) doesn't, and causes the faint memories.

Can you do a true pacifist run after a true reset?

True reset without a genocide run in place is a clean wipe. This means you will have to get a neutral ending again in order to get the pacifist ending again (Enjoy surviving Flowey's bullet hell nonsense again). True reset will NOT.

Why am I not getting the true pacifist ending?

To get the pacifist ending, you need to do the following: Reach the final fight without killing anyone. You must have earned no EXP at all. Befriend Papyrus, if you haven't already.

How do you get flawed pacifist ending?

You have to go through the True Lab in order to get the Pacifist Ending. This means upon completing Alphys's date, you can go back to fight Asgore directly instead of going back to her lab. This is the only way to get the flawed pacifist ending. You can do this on any run.
