If I buy Call of Duty: World at War, does it come with custom Zombies?

I got $20 for Easter and I was wondering if Call of Duty: World at War automatically came with custom zombies, or do I have to buy the custom Zombies?

Does World at War come with Zombies?

All versions of World at War (with the exception of that for the Wii) features the minigame Nazi Zombies. This is the first time the "Zombies" mode ever appeared in any Call of Duty game. In order to play the mode, the campaign must be completed.
