Is there a way of moving unwanted villagers out faster?
Is there any way to speed up this process or indirectly 'force a villager to move out'?
I know they move out if it's time for a new one to move in, and I know you can't actually 'force' them persay.
I have a villager who has caused nearly all my other villagers to wear his.. rather hideous 'kiddie shirt'. ((the character's default shirt)) Aside from that his home blocks the perfect spot, very close to my river, for building a convenient bridge...
I've taken to pushing him, hitting him with a net, and I've been trying to find a Toy Hammer... He wanted to leave once and I told him to go, but then he said he wouldn't leave until I, "made an effort to get to know him" or some BS..
Are there any other ways I can get an unwanted, 'pesty', villager to leave town?

At the Town Hall, Isabelle has an option labeled "Problematic Citizens." If you touch it, then touch the name of your "enemy", I believe the requested villager will leave.

Answer 2
To force a villager to move out make a new character and introduce yourself to all of the villagers in your town. Talk to the villagers again if you want to keep them. All the villagers you don't want don't talk to them after you introduce yourself. The villagers that you don't want will soon after a week or so tell you they want to move out. DO NOT TALK TO THEM TO SEE IF THEY WILL TELL YOU! Wait for them to tell you without you going up to them. Hope this helps! :)
Answer 3
Keep talking to them until they tell you they move out. Always works for me.
Answer 4
Try talking to them then just ignoring them for a whole week then talk to them again after a week has past, then see if they want to move or leave town.
