Kifflom! missions not appearing after epsilon program survey

I've filled out the epsilon program survey multiple times via the website and have waited in-game weeks for the first Kifflom! mission to appear and still nothing.

Is this expected? How long can it take for the first mission to appear on the map?

When I first completed it, same thing happened. Then I played and played, got around %70, and then I filled it again, and it was instantly there.

Note: Some sources state that it can be done anytime after unlocking Micheal.

How do you unlock Kifflom missions?

How to unlock the Kifflom! achievement. To start the Epsilon Program missions you have to play as Michael, go to your phone, open web browser and search for EPSILON, enter www.epsilonprogram.com, scroll down to "EVALUATE YOUR IDENTITY", finish the short test and go back to your map.

What happens if you donate 5000 to Epsilon?

With the search over, you'll now need to pay $10,000 for more "enlightenment." Crack open your phone and make two donations of $5,000 to the Epsilon website to unlock the next mission.

How do I activate Epsilon missions?

To begin the Epsilon strand of missions, select Michael and then go to the Epsilon website via cellphone or laptop. Click on the "EVALUATE YOUR IDENTITY" link to begin the questionnaire. Michael will be given TEN questions and he can either answer, YES, NO, or UNCERTAIN.
