Okay so, I want to make an audio mod for Portal 2, but I'm not sure how to do it. I explored the game folder a bit but I couldn't find any distinct audio files (or at least in a format I would recognize). Does anyone have any pointers about how to do this? I'm sort of new to the world of computers, so I don't really know what all these files do, and I don't want to delete something important by accident. Thanks - DT75

How do you change the sound on Portal 2?
Open up your portal 2 directory, go to sounds, and then make a folder called "custom" without the quotes, (or whatever name you want.) Stick the sound file in there. 5.
