Moving to a new WiiU with bundled games

I have a WiiU, and I've just won a new one that happens to be the Super Mario 3D World Bundle edition. That's got a bigger hard drive plus two free games, so I'd like to move my saves and games to that one and give away the old system to a friend.

What do I need to do to end up with all my data on the new system along with the bundled games?
