Bulbasaur is of type Grass and Poison, but Flying attack is only Super Effective against Grass type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 12.5% (average of two types)?
Bulbasaur is of type Grass and Poison, but Ground attack is Super Effective against Poison type pokemon AND Not Very Effective against Grass type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 0% (they cancel-out)?
Charizard is of type Fire and Flying, but Rock attack is both Super Effective against Fire and Flying type pokemon. What is an attack bonus in this case? 25%? 50% (they add up)?

Yes, if a type is strong against both types of a pokemon, the effect is added, although it is not exactly double, in fact it is more than double.

If a type is strong against one type it will do x1.6 damage
If a type is strong against both types it will do x 2.56 damage

Does Pokemon go have same type attack bonus?

STAB is an acronym for Same Type Attack Bonus in Pok\xe9mon Go. This is when a Pok\xe9mon of a certain type attacks with a move of the same type. For example, if a fire Pok\xe9mon used a fire-type move, it would get an attack bonus. Currently this is a 1.2 multiplier - the move deals 20% more damage.

How does same type attack bonus work?

STAB (stands for Same-type attack bonus) is a boost in the base power of a move that has the same type as the Pok\xe9mon using the move. This boost increases the damage done by 50%. This boost can become 100% instead when a Pok\xe9mon has Adaptability as its natural Ability.

The attacks of your Psyduck have nothing to do with the type of the Pokemon, so whether they do extra damage or not is based on the type of the attack. So your cross chop for instance will be super effective against normal types.

Do dual types get stab?

Dual-type Pok\xe9mon also receive STAB if the move type is the same to one of their types. Therefore, a Pidgey (a Normal/Flying-type) will receive STAB from Aerial Ace (a Flying-type move) and Tackle (a Normal-type move), rather than just Normal.
