SteelSeries Engine 3 won't open

SteelSeries Engine 3 won't open - Upset woman using smartphone near broken automobile in countryside during car trip

So first off, the lights in my SteelSeries Apex has gone out, but that's not my primary issue, as long as the thing works, I can live without the fancy lights.

Basically Engine 3 won't open at all. Every time I open Engine 3, it only shows the background process loading cursor, and then it eventually stops, without having opened anything.

Here's my specifications (I know they're shitty :P):

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
    AMD Athlon II X4 620
    Propus 45nm Technology
RAM
    8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
    ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A77TD (AM3)

2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series (ATI)
