Unable to activate Fabled Cave

This has never happened to me before in the game. I came in to hunt for shiny Zekrom again but I found that it was stuck on "A mysterious ring is floating in the air...".

I have a level 100 pokemon in my party, and I have not messed with the time on my 3DS, so what gives? I did just recently download the latest update to the game, could that have done it?

I'm not really sure what it is I did wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Try beating Elite 4 again, it "resets" Legendary respawn in this case.

How do you get to fabled cave?

Fabled Cave is a Mirage Spot in Hoenn that only appears in Pok\xe9mon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Zekrom or Reshiram can be found here depending on the version. This area can only be accessed by soaring while having a Level 100 Pok\xe9mon in the party.

Where do you get Reshiram in Pokemon Omega Ruby?

Nameless Cavern is a location in Hoenn in Pok\xe9mon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, accessible only by soaring with 3 Pok\xe9mon with maxed friendship in the party. Located in the cave section is a ring hovering in the air where the player character can find Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf, depending on the time set on the 3DS.
