Using an external tool to store items/weapons [closed]

A long time ago diablo 2 had an external tool called ATMA, which you could use to store items outside of the game. Which removed the need for mule characters. I was wondering if borderlands 2 has a similar tool.
So a program that you use to store your weapons/items outside of the game. Not using the ingame bank.
That way you can keep all those rare weapons you find.
