The 1.3.1 update for PC Terraria was just released, and with it a bunch of new items mostly related to wiring. Among these, the changelog mentions Team Blocks, Team Platforms, and a Presserator. What do these items do, and how can I obtain them?

Team Blocks are decorative blocks purchased from the Traveling Merchant for 1 each. Team Blocks are available in six different colors, each representing one of the six team colors selectable in the player's inventory, including white for the neutral team.What is a white team block in Terraria?
