What are the differences between each difficulty in Persona Q?

Persona Q has 5 difficulties:

Safety
Easy
Normal
Hard
Risky

What are the differences between each? I assume they have the standard boosted enemy strength and health and I know that Risky has perma-death. Are there any special events or items that only occur in specific difficulties?

So I looked it up a bit and according to what I found if you play on risky, the death of the MC = game over, like in traditional persona/smt but if you play on any other mode you will be able to continue if your MC dies.

If the game is like any other persona game, you will find that the difference between each difficulty is the amount of money and xp earned (it goes lower with harder modes).

Is Persona Q easy?

It can be difficult in the beginning, but once you gain access to Sub-Personas, things can become a little easier. There's a few things in the game that makes it ridiculously easy, though, later on (already mentioned Hama/Mudo and status ailments). Beginning is rough, endgame can become a joke with the right setup.
