What are the XP rewards for story missions in Destiny

I'm trying to figure out how much XP the story missions give in Destiny so I can figure out if it's worth playing / replaying them for XP to get to 20.

Does anyone have a list of missions and their XP rewards? Do the XP rewards change for replaying story missions?

How much XP do story missions give?

Most Archon, Story, and World Quests give Adventure EXP. The four commissions that are available each day give 175\u2013250 AR EXP each, depending on the player's Adventure Rank.
