I found it. It's a mobile game called Cutie Riot. I haven't played it (not only the character design...part dating sim? yuk!), but the HUD is the same (and that sword):

Same HUD

And the one girl (but reflected) from your screenshot is here:

same girl

What is the screenshot game?

The idea is to screenshot the object into the frame, and the game is designed to be so frustratingly hard that people start to talk about it, share with their peers, and ask their peers to try it. So this game has a viral element in it, and brands can start to create and integrate it for promotional campaigns.

How do I find game screenshots?

To find your game clips and screenshots, select Start > Settings > Gaming > Captures, then under Captures location, select Open folder.

Can a screenshot be tracked?

A website can know if you take a screenshot of it. Because any website can track the keys you press using code. So they can trigger an event that records when somebody presses the print screen button on a page of their website.

How do I verify a screenshot?

There's no way to verify the authenticity of a screenshot. Unlike real photographs, screenshots do not have any metadata such as EXIF, nor can they be fingerprinted by the noise in the photo.
