What impact has amount of planet? I play with a goal to win as quickly as possible with whatever victory type will be. I believe I will end up with "strong empire" or whatever is that name where I need to build 1 HUGE buildings.
Going to this: should I invide as many planets as possible as each of them eventually gives dust and science? Or I would better raze some of poor systems?
I remember in civilization there is a penalty for big empires. Is there something similar in Endless Space?
